You can use PDF Maker Pilot for creating forms for customers. You create fillable PDF forms. Your customers can
fill your forms and print out them using a free PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader. Using a PDF reader that supports saving the filled forms, your clients can
save the filled forms and send them back to you.
For example, Foxit Reader allows you to save changed PDF documents as opposed to Adobe Reader that does not
allow that.
