Smart XML Parsing for better performance

Turning Smart XML Parsing on, you tell the treegrid to parse only visible items. This decreases the time necessary for initial treegrid loading significantly. No need to change anything on the server side.

Starting from v.1.6, dhtmlxTreeGrid supports Smart Rendering - a highly popular dhtmlxGrid feature for solving performance problems. It allows dhtmlxTreeGrid to render only those rows which are going to be displayed on the screen. At the same time all loaded rows are available for operations through script API.

Starting from v.1.6, dhtmlxTreeGrid got support for Paginal Output, which is a usual way of solving performance problems in big structures.
