DW2XLS is a PowerBuilder library designed for export Datawindow & Datastore to an Excel format with cell's formatting.

What's new in v4.X:

	Added support for the new Excel file format, OOXML (XML based Excel 2007 format).
	Added support for rectangles and solid lines (only vertical and horizontal).
	Added support for band background color and color expressions.
	Added support for exporting more than one datawindow on a single sheet.
	Overlapping objects are trimmed so that they do not overlap.
	Grid column's header is not exported anymore if the column is hidden.

Note: As of DW2XLS 3.1 the Excel5 format is desupported.

Features:

	Support of Freeform, Grid, Tabular, N-UP, Group, Crosstab,Composite and Nested DW styles
	Support of Text, Column, Expression types of DW objects
	Support of DropDownDW, DropDownListBox, Edit, Edit with Code Table and EditMask edit styles of fields
	Conversion of a set of Datawindows and Datastores to separate spreadsheets of Excel workbook
	Support of all data types
	Support of all kinds of text and data formatting
	OLE-components are not required
	Excel 97 and Excel 2007 format support
	Easy-to-use program interface
	Good technical support.

Restriction:

Autosizeheight property for nested DW and for band containing them is ignored

SlideLeft, SlideUp are not supported yet

In some builds of PowerBuilder machine code (DLL) builds of DW2XLS fail with GPF during export.

.Net deployments are not supported yet.

Update policy:

All minor updates (Versions .xx) are free-of-charge.
